Refund policy

All online and in person sales are final. We do our best to accurately describe all of the items listed on the website, but if you have any further questions please ask via email before ordering. 

Please confirm sizing of rings before ordering. If you end up ordering a ring that does not fit you can send it back to be resized for a $30 fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges when you send your ring back for a sizing. However please note that not all rings can be resized. To find out if your ring can be resized send us an email. The best way to find your exact ring size is to visit any jewelry store and ask to be sized.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Depending on the circumstance you may be able to exchange your item. Please email us if you would like to see if your item can be exchanged. Once approved we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for the shipping fees of the item and will not be provided with a shipping label. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or custom pieces.
